A slow hour walk along the river to the mill for breakfast, lunch, coffee. Also The Kings Arms public house. Ladram bay caravan park open to non residents, lovely safe beach and indoor heated pool.

See a real working mill, make flour (selected dates) and buy works of art, delicious food and farm shop, finish off your trip with a scenic walk along the river Otter to walk off the huge scones. You can follow the river Otter to Budleigh Salterton from here.
