Exmoor Zoo is a conservation centre in Exmoor, North Devon. Exmoor zoo is a unique rural zoo set into a valley in North Devon. The combination of some exceedingly rare and unusual animals seldom found in other zoos (along with everybody’s favourites) and enjoy some interactive encounter sessions and talks, this makes a fun day out for all the family.

Fabulous day out with the children. There is a CAFE on site however, I always like to take a picnic.

4 miles outside Combe Martin is the Exmoor Zoological Park developed from The Exmoor Bird Gardens that opened in 1982 and now specialising in the conservation of smaller animals.

Great for family days out close to Exmoor. 30mins drive from the accommodation.
