This is just a short ferry crossing from the main island of Cebu, it has really great beaches and stunning views. It is a must stop for one afternoon, especially if you have done whale shark watching in the morning.

This is a great spot to hang out with a bunch of friends and family. It has one of the most beautiful white-sand bars in the country and contrasted so nicely with clear blue water and surrounding reefs. It is totally isolated and separated from all the commotions back in the city.

A tiny island located in the southern part of Cebu. This island is famous for its sandbar and marine sanctuaries. Only one resort operates on this island named Sumilon Bluewater Resort that offers affordable day tours.

After watching the whale sharks in Oslob someone can make a short boat trip to Sumilon Island (15-20 minutes). This island is privately owned and contains a resort. However the sandbar in front of the island can be used for a small fee for swimming or snorkeling.
