Nicolae Balcescu street is the main pedestrian street that links the ensemble of the old squares with the new part of the town. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk from an end of the street to another one. Zara has always good discounts and it's definitely cheaper than anywhere else. Galeriile Pacea is a multilevel store with Chinese products. Humanitas Bookstore has also guide and maps for Romania/Sibiu and downstairs you can have a tea/coffee while reading a book.
