Betws-y-coed; English: prayer house in the wood is a village and community in the Conwy valley in Conwy County Borough, Wales, located in the historic county of Caernarfonshire, right on the boundary with Denbighshire, in the Gwydir Forest. It is now a very popular visitor destination in the Snowdonia National Park

Great place to visit for shopping, food, or walks. There are lot of outdoor shops in case you forgotten any of your gear.

A 40 minute drive to Betws Y coed through beautiful scenery on the A5 with plenty of dining opportunities and traditional Welsh crafts, or a stroll by the river. Or stop at Ogwyn Lake or Swallow Falls on route. You won't be disappointed!
