Pan roast at Palace Station. It's expensive, and you'll have to wait an hour unless you go early in the morning, but it's definitely worth it. $23. Also can get a clam chowder for $8.

It's smack dab in the middle of the Palace Station Casino and there's usually a very long line (except for breakfast). The pan roast is worth it. Pro tip: stand in line around 9-9:30am for the shortest wait.

For fresh oysters, gumbos, pan-roasts, chowders and Louisiana-style Cajun or Creole cuisine, nobody in Las Vegas does it better than the Oyster Bar.
