Need a short stay near Boone, NC? We’re only a 5 min drive to King Street, making our location close to town but not in it, so the traffic into town is pretty light. The room is simple, clean and spacious, with lots of natural sunlight coming through in the morning. There is a Dollar General and a gas station just across the street.

Our place is close to ASU, 15 min from App Ski Mtn. The house has lots of warmth, love and peace in it. My partner Dave and I live here and I have 2 rooms that we rent out. The neighborhood is safe & friendly. There is access at the end of my road to the Greenway. Please note, we do not accept guests checking in after 10pm. Also we have a sweet dog however he sometimes barks a lot when people are outside. The second you come in the house he will be sweet as can be.

We are located on a quiet, private drive just 5 minutes from downtown Boone and Appalachian State University. This is a cozy downstairs apartment with a beautiful window in the living room/hang out area to look out and enjoy the view. There is also a desk workspace for any traveling workers! We are close to local eateries, breweries, shopping and adventure! We are also just a short drive to all three ski resorts as well as the Blue Ridge Parkway. We are a family of two plus our friendly dog!
