The communication from the host was very poor, and we were left without a functioning toilet for almost the entirety of our stay. On our first morning there we had issues with the toilet plumbing. We contacted the host immediately, and after not hearing back for 8 hours decided to contact airbnb support. They reached out to the host on our behalf, but were unable to get in contact either. In total we were left without a functioning toilet for 3 nights (after which the host finally got back to us). During the time the toilet was broken, I continued to reach out to the host daily for assistance and got no response. A second problem occurred when the shower plumbing (which smelt musty when we first entered the room) developed a foul odour on day 3. So there must be something wrong with the plumbing in this building in general. The location and spaciousness of the apartment is decent, but be aware that if something goes wrong you may be left without a solution for days.

Very comfortable apartment in Asakusa. Close to Ginza line so accessible to city. Asakusa is easy to walk to and close to Kappabashi Street and the Senso-ji temple. Lots of convenience stores around for supplies. Highly recommend visiting the Lemon Pie shop

it was a nice and pleasant stay!
the apartment is close to the nearest tawaramachi sta. only 5 mins walk. Quiet neighborhood and is also walkable distance to Asakusa approx 10-15 mins walk. they also provide complete amenities for the guest and easy check in guide. The price is also affordable for 4 guests. Overall I had a great time staying here and would like to come here again for my next visit!
