Swyddfa, lovely little compact place 💜

Y swyddfa is on the main road. A 40. There’s a gorgeous restaurant walking distance “the Plough inn, Rhosmaen". Llandeilo is also walking distance up a gradual hill. There are some beautiful country walks around too with plenty of scenic views. There are many options for cooking in my kitchen. Small oven, hobs, sandwich maker, George Foreman grill, microwave, air fryer, bbq, outdoor seating. There is plenty of parking and a seven acre field attached. I have an electric charger for cars. The garden is large and is shared with the main house.
