Please read the entire description before booking! This bright and modern boutique hotel has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Feel free to take a dip in either of our two gorgeous shared pools and relax in the extensive courtyard. Inside you will find a cozy bed that will welcome you after a full day in the sun and a whole night of entertainment. Head out for a quick 3-minute walk to one of the close by bakeries and brunch spots. Spend the day at the beautiful Ocean Park beach which is a quick 5-minute walk. Once you are ready to come back for dinner, head out to Calle Loiza, which is a culinary hot spot and nightlife center. This unit is located on the second floor and will need to use the stairs to reach it. We have multiple units with different layouts. Some have kitchens and sitting areas, and some do not. Please make sure you are reading the unit description and confirming which type of unit you are renting. The units are exactly as pictured on the slideshows, there are no other rooms/areas other than those pictured. Note about Check-In Time: - Regular Check-In: 4:00 PM. - Early check-in between 1:00pm and 4:00pm will have a $25 additional fee. - Early morning check-ins (flights that come in at 1:00 am to 5:00 am), guests will have to reserve the previous night in order to accommodate check-in at that time. Otherwise, check-in time will be as listed above (Regular or Early Check-In)
