Our Sustainable Ecovillage is a VERY rustic landscape in the Siskiyou Mountains / Six Rivers National Forest. The Hobbit Hole is approximately 260 sq ft, earth sheltered structure within our permaculture-based, off-grid village. ** this is a damp cave in when it's raining, usually, often November through April. when there are heavy rains expect a part of the floor that can be wet.
