1 bedroom apartment on a secluded mountain property with easy access to everything Stowe has to offer. 5 minutes from downtown Stowe and 17 minutes to the mountain. Hiking and mountain biking are minutes away at Cady Hill and Sterling Valley trailheads. The property has a waterfall to explore and access to Tamarack trail for hiking and biking directly from the front door. Inside you'll find a full kitchen, a queen bed and comfortable seating to unwind after an active day in the mountains.

The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.
