Situated on 6 acres in Dinwiddie County, this newly renovated cottage includes 2 bedrooms, full bath, full kitchen, living room with fireplace and private patio with dining area. Your stay includes full access to the grounds and dock and you are welcome to tie up a boat if you bring one.

The Cottage has a full kitchen, a large king bedroom, a bright, window filled sitting area, and a new deck overlooking Upper Weldan Pond and acres of healthy, natural hardwood forest with nearly 4 miles of trails to explore. You'll also love just enjoying the deck and the beauty of the Virginia countryside.

Ashland Aerie

Relax in this peaceful, stylish space for one, located north of Richmond. Park in the carport and go upstairs (21 steps) to enjoy privacy, convenience, and safety - with kitchenette, small washer/dryer, smart TV, desk, and exterior cameras. Ashland, less than three miles south, has restaurants (many), grocery stores, laundromats, a movie theater, a public library, churches, a post office, and Randolph Macon College. King’s Dominion and Meadow Event Park are six miles north.

Keystone Acres is located in Chesterfield, VA at a beautiful 1000 acre horse farm. On property we have roughly 60 horses owned by different tenants. The brick farm house in which you will be staying in overlooks one of our ponds & multiple horse barns. We have many "internal" roads here and hope you enjoy the farm views. Our 5 bedroom house is perfect for families or friends who want to have a getaway to "unplug" and experience the country life and each other's time.

"Lofty Cottage" Adorable 1-Bedroom Guest House

Enjoy this quaint Cozy Cottage with bedroom loft! This adorable 1-bedroom unique place has a style all its own. Built in the 1960’s behind the main house, it has floor to ceiling pine paneling, pine floors and fireplace. It has been recently remodeled with new tiled bathroom , newly remodeled kitchen and stainless steel appliances. A new Heating and Air unit was installed summer 2021. The pine paneling and 16 foot high ceilings gives it that "cottagey" feel.

The property offers off street parking in a safe neighborhood which is located 20 minutes from downtown Richmond, 10 mins to Midlothian and Chesterfield, 3 mins to Swim RVA. 15 mins to the airport or train station.

Parkside Log Cabin

This 1930s log cabin is a peaceful getaway nestled inside the rural National Battlefield Park system while only 20 minutes from all that downtown Richmond has to offer. Overlooking a private pond for canoeing, fishing or stargazing, this property has all the charm of a vintage log cabin but with modern amenities like a fully stocked kitchen, cozy loft for sleeping, and a luxurious bathroom with an oversized shower, complete with plush robes for two.

Studio apartment in Olde Towne

This Italianate was built in 1894 and was originally a barber shop. This historic building has been completely renovated and restored and is ready for you to enjoy! The studio, originally a screened porch, was added on around 1900 and closed in as part of the dwelling in 1920. A short walk will have you in all that historic downtown Petersburg has to offer. Behind this studio is Patton Park which lies directly on the Appomattox River.
