The Studio

The Studio is a very private guest house created from a former art studio, elegantly furnished with a country flair. Located in a farm area, this is a perfect getaway location - convenient to lavender farms, beaches, and mountains, yet less than 10 minutes from downtown Sequim. The property features a private gated entrance, mountain view, fenced and landscaped yard, and ample parking. A bank of Cypress trees provides afternoon shade, and there is a fireplace to cozy up to on chilly evenings.

Reconnect with nature at this beautiful tiny home on the straight of Juan de Fuca! Not only will you have fantastic views of Mt Baker and the strait, but also the home is brand new and features plenty of great amenities. You will find yourself near all the best attractions but still away from all noise and chaos of the city. Welcome to the Art Barn 2.0, formerly "The Art Barn." We are the new owners, and are planning to keep it running as it has been! This unit is ideal for both weekend adventurers and long-stay guests, especially those that enjoy biking and walking. The huge windows on the south side highlight the stunning view of the Olympic Mountains and create a bright open space (great for yoga enthusiasts!) You'll hear coyotes yipping at night, and catch glimpses of eagles and sea birds in the day.

New self-contained Studio nestled on 5 acres of private, quiet farm land located in a valley less than 2 miles off Hwy 101 with a view of the surrounding hills. Elk sometimes wander throughout valley and coyotes may be heard at night. 2 miles from the City of Sequim and John Wayne Marina and Sequim Bay where there is access to fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Plenty of outdoor fun with hiking trails, lavender farms, lakes, wineries, restaurants and shopping nearby.

Take a walk or bike ride around the neighborhood, play old fashion board games and make memories around the campfire.

Situated right off of Hi-101 it’s a short trip into downtown Sequim or even enjoy the town over, Port Angeles in only a 20 minute drive. If you prefer the scenic route take a right out of our drive way into the backroads of Sequim where you'll find a range of nature views like our personal favorites "Cline Spit" or the "Voice of America".
