The fence is older but secure enough for your pets. Guests please know this is an older house inside. The finishes are older and cheaper. We are 1 min from I-95 & within 15 minutes of restaurants, golf course, & wedding venues. Guests that are very sensitive to smell should not book this place

Two bikes & beach chairs. We are a little more than a mile from the beach and an easy drive to NH/Maine sites.

This house has three levels so guests have ample space, and central AC to keep you cool during hot summer day, a fully stocked kitchen with all you need for home made meals.
