Private entry to this 2nd story (2rm,2beds/queen bed & full sofa bed) 1 BR apartment with one full bathroom for a max of 4 humans and a handful of dogs. The Winkler is a comfortable fully equipped 1BR / 1 BA apartment above our detached 3 garage @ The Tree House. Nestled in lush trees and landscaping in the Rehoboth Beach Country Club. Named after Henry Winkler who played the Fonz on Happy Days, (because he lived in the apt. over the Cunningham's garage). The apartment offers privacy and separation from the main house. Come stay at our favorite little beachtown condo in Lewes! This 1st floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation! You will be just a few miles to the beach and outlet malls, have access to the community pools (May-Sept), park, and sport courts, and will be within walking distance to several great restaurants and shops. While we are "pet friendly" only 1 pet (dog or cat, 40lb maximum) is allowed per the HOA rules.

Gorgeous, modern, bright and open renovated Rehoboth home with 4 large bedrooms (each with king bed!) and a new HOT TUB, 2 nice bathrooms, fenced yard, parking for 3 cars, FIRE PIT, and grill and on a quiet, tree lined street one block off Rehoboth Ave and 2 blocks to Dogfish Head! Dogs are allowed for a $75 fee per stay for 1st, $25/ea for 2nd/3rd (fees for 2 & 3 charged later). Only a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk too.
