Our bungalow is located in the Chautauqua beach community. It is the perfect location to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. While it is not a waterfront property, the beach, known as KVI beach, is a stone's throw away. Central to the interior of the open beamed bungalow is a stone faced Envirotech masonry fireplace. Surrounding the masonry are the living room, office, dining area, kitchen and bedroom. Appliances are Fischer Paykel--propane cooktop & electric oven.

It is literally next door to the University of Washington (Husky Stadium), steps away from Lake Washington and the Arboretum water front trails, the historic Seattle Yacht Club, and 10 min from downtown Seattle by car, the LINK light rail, or bus.

We provide french roast coffee, grinder, and, french press, as well as the heated hybrid memory foam and latex mattress with down comforter and mattress heater where you can fall asleep looking thru the 5' yurt dome at the stars...or..snowflakes, but more than likely some rain..:)
