The Stables offers a high quality comfortable and unique retreat in the New Forest. It has rustic charm with country modern facilities and is situated in a peaceful rural lane which leads directly onto the forest. It is very near to the coast and the bustling Georgian market town of Lymington where you can also find the Isle of Wight ferry terminal ( 30 mins crossing ) or charter a yacht and sail yourself. Otherwise enjoy a ramble from your door across the forest but watch out for donkeys !

Beautiful New Forest home with so much space!

With direct access onto the New Forest, a kitchen garden, cookout area, pigs, hens and large, light interiors our home is a unique place to stay with plenty to enjoy just outside the back door. You do not need to be responsible for the animals but are welcome to feed and interact with them as much as you’d like. We are about 95% of the way through its renovations. This does mean that some small areas still need finishing but it will not detract from your ability to enjoy a beautiful stay here.

Luxury boutique New Forest cottage situated within the forest. Newly refurbished to a high standard, the perfect place and location for walking, cycling, sailing, horse riding or relaxing. This cottage, one of a row, is peacefully located in the village of Pilley with the quaint, local village shop only 100 yards away and one of the oldest pubs in Hampshire is less than a 10-minutes walk. Ponies and cattle wander freely along the roads and even right outside the front door of the cottage.
