It offers very comfortable and spacious accommodation, situated in the centre of this lovely nostalgic market town. Within easy walking distance of all amenities, next door to the renowned Elizabeth Bothams tea rooms, and over the road from the Steam Railway Station . This is a perfect base for exploring the many local attractions and places of interest, including York, Whitby, Scarborough, Dalby Forest, North Yorkshire Moors, Flamingo Land which is only a few miles away. On the first floor the apartment has an open plan lounge/ dining room with stunning views across the steam railway station, It has a smart TV (inc Netflix) and free WIFI (high speed fiber) throughout the property, also on the first floor is a spacious and beautifully decorated bedroom, which also overlooks the station. King size bed and plenty of storage. On this floor you will also find the fully equipped newly fitted kitchen with built in appliances and the bathroom which boasts a large walk in shower and beautiful modern furniture run. One the second floor there are two further bedrooms, the first of the rooms leads in to the second of the master suites which again is large and spacious with beautiful high ceiling and painted beams, King size bed and modern light oak furniture. The third bedroom/ landing has a day bed, which pulls out into a trundle, and a ¾ bed, perfect for the younger members of the family with its bright colours and fresh décor. Guests can use the entire apartment and the sunny outside terrace area with hot tub, the main entrance door at the bottom of the stair is directly on to Park Street, with a vestibule is at the foot of the stairs for coats and shoes. Interaction with guests We live nearby and Tom works and owns the showroom below, we live very local and are always contactable and available should you need us. Need to know We have a no smoking policy across the entire property and a strict 10pm curfew on the use of the hot tub out of respect for our neighbors we reserve the right cancel bookings if the rules are not adhered to. Babies, infants and children are welcome at your own risk, stair gates are fitted but due to the stairs this must be considered carefully No same sex group party’s , stag or hen nights Parking outside the property is limited to one hour, two parking spaces are included for two vehicles in a secure car park less than 5 mins walk Well behaved, house trained dogs are welcome at an additional charge of £20 per dog per stay to a maximum of two small or one mid size dogs, please note there is no access to the rear garden for dogs to use but there are lovely walks down the river just over the road, all bookings with dogs will need to be pre approved by us Breakages must be paid for, a deposit may be required A hot tub safety document will be issued required on arrival, we will require this to be signed and returned
