Located slightly on the OUTSKIRTS for a more peaceful stay, this home is only a 10 minute drive from the beach, Central Arroyo Grande, the Oceano Dunes, wineries, hiking and biking trails, and farmers markets. 15 minutes from Pismo Beach and 30 minutes from San Luis Obispo. 5 minutes from 2 golf courses. This quiet, country home is minutes away from Beaches, Wineries, the Arroyo Grande Village & Lopez Lake. Enjoy peace & tranquility while taking in the views of rolling hills, meadows, vineyards, deer, birds, and even a partial ocean view from your deck (on clear days)! We have 3 dogs, 1 goat, 11 chickens & 2 cows on our 7 acre property. Sometimes we have pigs too! If you are interested in a tour, feeding the animals, or if you have young kids who want a tractor ride, please be sure to ask!
