Walking distance to Tim Horton's, RBC bank, variety stores, pizza pick up, town swimming pool, cannabis store and liquor & beer . Only 20 minutes London or Woodstock . It's important to note that our quaint unit does have a saniflo toilet and pumping system(ie. maceration system) which means there is noise associated with flushing and drainage. Why stay in the city!

The FRONT of the house is yours to use. Back garden is private. Welcome to my squeaky old home! Private patio, 3000+ channels (includes PPV). Small town with all the amenities, 2 km to the 401, 10 km to London and London Airport, bee line to Victoria Hospital. Its cozy but not soundproof and I am OK with that. I usually hang out in the back with the fireflies. Pretend we are roomies without having to look at each other :) Please, no pet or lg++ vehicle inquiries, sorry.
