Lily Bay State Park & Peaks Kenney State Park with great beaches & hiking trails are about a 1/2 hour drive. Cabin is located on a quiet camp road along the Piscataquis River.

Located on 32 private acres, this adorable former boathouse features a king bedroom upstairs with an outdoor deck, stunning views of Moosehead Lake and Big Moose Mountain, and a cozy little bunk room for kids, friends, or guests. Downstairs you’ll find a full kitchen, living, and dining area with an attached screen porch and easy access to the dock below. On the River 2 is located in the heart of the historic downtown Kingfield on Main street with river views of the Carrabassett river. Miss Lucy Lu (Lucy) is the cat residents who lives in this special apartment. She is the host and will greet you. She loves people. She is an indoor kitty. There is a restaurant next door, the gallery is downstairs, swimming out the back of the building. Sugarloaf mountain close by. Mountains of possibilities to explore in the western area of Maine.

Come hiking, biking, fishing, boating, ice fishing, snowmobiling, skiing, and enjoy other outdoor activities. The cabin has close access to ATV and snowmobile trails, the Appalachian Trail, and golf courses. The house was built in 2017 and sleeps 6 + comfortably. Enjoy your lake access or relax by the fire pit in all seasons!

A short path takes you down to the lake and a pebble stone beach to swim, use our 4 kayaks, soak in our 4 season outdoor hot tub, or just relax with a good book. Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina is a short drive away and provides convenient access to launch your boat for the day.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to prepare delicious meals.

Guests can safely log into their own streaming options as well with the Roku TVs and they will automatically be logged out the day of their departure.
