It‘s based in the middle of a small village. Lembach is located in the adventure region Mühlviertel.
A large amount of freetime-offer are immediatly next to, as example a public advanture pool. Another exiting activities are cycling in the danube valley, cross the danube with a ferry (w. bike or car) in summertime, playing golf in Pfarrkirchen , sightseeing in Passau/(D) or in Linz and skiing in the bohemian forest.

Herzlich willkommen in unserer Ferienwohnung!
In der Mitte des kleinen Dorfes Windpassing liegt unser "Kimerhof" (Hausname "Kimer"), ein ehemaliger Milchviehbetrieb. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der nordwestlichen Seite des Vierseithofes mit eigenem Eingang von außen und Parkplatz vor der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung haben wir bis 2020 selbst genutzt, weswegen sie sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet ist. Besonders die Ausstattung mit Holz läd ein zum Genießen und Entspannen!
