Our two storey apartment was built in 1810, is grade II listed and is part of the conservation area of Melbourne. Built by William Warren and Valentine Radford, it was traditionally the living quarters to a bakery below. It sits on floors two and three in a three storey building with a private entrance and it's own off street parking space to the rear. With lots of original and traditional features, it has sash windows, a log burner and some quirky staircases for you to enjoy.
The 'Outhouse' is a ground floor self contained studio which has been lovingly renovated and opened to our first guests in December 2019. Just a 2-3 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants & shops. The studio is divided into a shower room, kitchen with the living area and bedroom in one open plan space. The Outhouse sleeps 2 people in a double bed, with the benefit of air-con during the hot summer months.
A 10 minute walk from Donington Park's main entrance, The Barn is the perfect base for two people (+ your pet, subject to a fee) to stay comfortably. This one-bedroom, well-equipped self-contained barn conversion has kitchen, dining area, en-suite shower, TV/DVD, Wifi, wood burner and lovely garden views. Parking for up to 2 cars and motorbikes available. Please note we are close to East Midlands Airport and Donington Park so occasional noise may be heard from these sites.
