Amazing Olde Marco Condo, Beautiful Sunsets & Dolphins
Great One Bedroom, One Bath condo in Olde Marco Island. You'll enjoy great views of the bay and amazing sunsets over the Gulf Of Mexico.
You'll love all of the boats that float by and the daily dolphin sightings sitting on our back porch.
We’re very grateful that our property didn’t receive damage from Hurricane Ian in late September 2022.
During the Summer of 2022, we also updated the bedroom furniture, including an adjustable frame bed. We also added a recliner and a new couch with a pullout bed.
Fall 2023 Updates: During September and October of 2023, we're going to close this rental to replace all of the flooring, re-paint the entire unit, a complete bathroom renovation which will include a new shower, lighting, and vanity.
This condo was already great and now it's going to be even more fabulous. We purchased it more than 3 years ago and our guests love its location and Olde Marco Charm.
You'll love our condo, beautiful kitchen, and small community.

Great restaurants within walking distance.
Easy to get to the beach of Marco Island in your rental car and parking in public lots.
We actually recommend you take a quick Uber or Lyft as you can get dropped off at access points and then get picked up later in the day. Super easy way to enjoy the beach.

Jemi shumë mirënjohës që prona jonë nuk ka marrë dëme nga uragani. Nuk kemi marrë asnjë dëmtim të ujit ose dëmtim të erës. Energjia dhe interneti u rivendosën në datën 10/2/2022. Shumë restorante po rihapen tashmë dhe ka më shumë hapje çdo ditë. Presim me padurim të të presim në Parajsë.
Pastro apartamentin me një dhomë gjumi, me një divan tërheqës.
Pamje nga gjiri nga oborri! Je vetëm disa hapa larg plazheve të bukura të ishullit Marco. Hyrja në plazh është shumë pranë rrugës. Ne jemi të vendosur vetëm disa hapa larg nga hoteli i njohur JW Marriott!

**Hurricane Ian Update 10/4/2022**
We’re very grateful that our property didn’t receive damage from the hurricane. We didn’t receive any water damage or wind damage. Our power and internet were restored on 10/2/2022. Many restaurants are re-opening already and there are more opening up each day. We look forward to hosting you in Paradise.
Hard to find two-bedroom, first-floor end-unit overlooking the canal and pool!
There are two community docks with quick direct access to the Gulf, where dolphin sightings are frequent.
Within walking distance to the many restaurants, bars, and shopping in Olde Marco including just steps away from the famous Snook Inn!
This condo is in Olde Marco which is great if you enjoy being within walking distance of a number of unique restaurants and shops.
This condo also has a boat dock right outside of your condo and it’s available to use, but it must be reserved in advance.
This condo has 2 King Adjustable beds and a sofa bed. We also provide beach chairs, an umbrella, and a small beach cooler so you can easily enjoy the beautiful beaches of Marco Island.
Sorry, NO pets and NO Smoking on property.
