Hidden Bar Hopping With A Local
Join me for a night out in town !!! We will be going to my top favorite speakeasy bars (3 or 4 hidden bars) around Pasar Seni (close to Chinatown). Each has a different theme and ambiance. The KL Urban jungle has lots of hidden doors that lead to amazing sights, smells, and sounds. Plus, we'll go for a nice dinner around the area so you can enjoy the local food. On top of that, we will be walking from one location to another and that would also be a part of the experience where you can enjoy the night lights around Old KL City (Pasar Seni). I would like to share the experiences and excitement that these bars have given me when I'm out drinking with my friends. We'll discuss various topics, especially about Southeast Asia, Malaysia, and Kuala Lumpur, or where ever the conversation leads us. If you guys would like to continue the night, I would be more than happy to suggest clubs or bars. Note: Cocktails may cost from RM 30 to RM 50 per glass. Beers may cost from RM 13 to RM 20 per bottle/can. For men, shoes are required.
Dragonback Trek
The Dragonback Trek has been my signature trek for the last 11 years offering a superb once in a lifetime view. This is a fully guided trekking trip with a cheerful host. Group size are kept very small and personal for comfort and safety from 2- 6 pax maximum. A short 30 minutes drive from Kuala Lumpur City Centre would bring you to a local Malaysian suburb. At the top of the ridge expect to get a panoramic view of pristine virgin jungle on one side, and KL city on the other. The whole trek will take around 2.5 – 3 hours (depending on fitness level) inclusive of rest stops and photo snapping sessions. We will pick you up bright and early in the morning from your Airbnb accommodation at 6.30am. Trips typically lasts from 6.30am to 11.30am local time. A fresh set of clothes (t-shirt, shorts and flip flops) would make the experience all the more comfortable as you would be super sweaty, yet satisfied after the trek. The dates blocked are for scheduling purposes. Do let us know among our 5 favorite trips (Backcountry Cycling, Banana Waterfall Trek, Cultural Riverside Cycling), alternative date and group size and we will try to assist. Message us via Airbnb.

Authentic Malaysian Street Food Tour in Kampung Baru
Experience the Amazing World of Authentic Malaysian Food in Kampung Baru. A visit to the Kampung Baru neighborhood is a wonderful opportunity to step back in time to experience early 20th-century Kuala Lumpur. Kampung Baru is actually a traditional Malaysian residential area that was established more than 100 years ago. Many of the dwellings are wooden houses built on short stilts and though they are in the heart of the city, dwarfed by gleaming skyscrapers, there is very much a rural village feel to the place. We will visit the very special Food Street in Kampung Baru where will try Delicious Malaysian Delicacies, from sweet to savory and from drinks to desserts, and even taste the king of fruit Durian (Subject to seasonal availability) You'll be pleasantly surprised to see how much delicious food is available on the same street. Please bring a good appetite because we gonna go on a Street Food Tasting Marathon :) After finishing the food we will visit the beautiful Saloma Link Bridge and then complete the tour by taking stunning pictures of the astonishing Petronas Twin Towers.

In our 4 to 5 hour trip, we will paddle through the labyrinth of tidal creeks and canals to explore the symbiosis of organisms. From encountering mischievous otters to calm mangrove snakes namely cobras and phyton and towards to open sea, even Chinese dolphins, during the right tide and season (January to March), this part of the world is a wonderful untouched place to explore to get to know the true meaning of Nature vs Mankind. We will begin the journey at Langkawi UNESCO Global Kilim Geoforest park. This trip includes a hearty local seafood dinner at the end of the trip! Other things to note This kayaking trip is an outdoor adventure hence be prepared to get sweaty, hands-on and wet. Explorers are advised to put on reef-safe sunscreen, bring along hats and an extra pair of clothes just in case.
Fishtail Georgetown Heritage Walk
Families that walk together stay together. Thus, children accompanying their parents on this tour walk for free. We will take a walk along a heritage trail that I have carefully charted. During the tour, I will point out bits and pieces of physical but not obvious historical evidences. These are evidences of forgotten stories: stories of love and hate, of joy and anguish, of unrequited love and last goodbyes, of turmoil and peace, even of babies, mommies and daddies, including the mysterious dragon and the horned lion in Chinese mythology. Other things to note Ours is a leisurely non-stressful walk that whole families will enjoy.

Chef-Curated Kuala Lumpur Street Food Tour
With Malay, Indian and Chinese influences, it's no wonder that Malaysian food is a lip-smackingly complex beast. We'll meet at 5.30pm in Chow Kit and Kampung Baru - one of last old districts yet to be developed into glassy high rises. Away from the tourists at Jalan Alor, you'll find local tight-knit communities - known for their traditional wooden housing and delicious nightly street eats. We'll end at Petronas Towers by 9.30pm. Our professional team of foodie guides will weave a route that was carefully curated by our founding chef, with dishes picked for their varying tastes and culinary history. No other food tour in KL offers this value in food (14+ tastings!) and duration (4 hours). Firm favourites are fragrant bowls of laksa, hand stretched rotis with a trio of curries, nasi lemak with piquant sambal, herbal chicken rendang, mackerel freshly grilled with freshly ground curry paste, nasi kerabu with blue flower rice and soothing iced cendol, among much more. Whilst it's possible to attempt such a culinary marathon yourself, if you want the real deal, come join us on our moveable food feast! *Special Diets: suitable for lactose or gluten intolerances, but not for vegetarians as you'll have to skip a few dishes (OK for pescatarians).
