Ninth Island Coastal Escape (NICE) is a private, modern, studio style space. With direct ocean access (and minutes' walk to surf beach) and an on-site tennis court, NICE is a fabulous place for the content or the competitive. There are two buildings on the property in close proximity to each other, but as guests of the 'Nimbus Studio' you are guaranteed to be the only people onsite. In the future the 'Noir Two Bedroom' will open and allow for 'complete escapes' to be booked for larger groups.

The Cabin is a 1 Bedroom cottage (interior 45m2) built in 2019 below our existing house and looking north over Tam O'Shanter Beach to Bass Strait. There is a queen bed and a sofabed, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry plus undercover outdoor area (20m2). The cabin overlooks Lulworth/Tam O'Shanter Beach (1km+ of sand).
