This Guesthouse which was started in 1940 by Molly Davis and was the former family house of the Governor of Tobago (Hon. James Henry Keens C.M.G.) in the 1800's. It is located on Calder Hall Road (a Hill) 10-15 minutes walking distance from the Port-of-Scarborough and 2 minutes away from Fort King George, the lighthouse and the old Hospital (which still operates the Oncology Center). It comprises private rooms, 2 of which contain toilet & bath and very well suited to budget travellers.
Simple air conditioned studio apartment with a private bathroom and an outside covered wood patio overlooking the Atlantic ocean. Refrigerator, microwave, teakettle, toaster oven located inside the studio. An outdoor counter with a single burner stovetop and sink for light breakfast and snacks. Absolutely no smoking on the premises. Check in after 1pm For liability reasons, guests may not bring any visitors or any others to our home at any time, for any length of time.
Our one bedroom apartment is nestled underneath Bacolet House at pool level in a quiet, residential area in a fruit filled tropical garden. It has been recently decorated and features many hand-made details by the resident ceramic artist.
