Our family lives in the main part of the house, while you enjoy your own space with a comfy king bed, sofa bed and a full bathroom! Getting set for your adventures couldn't be easier! Cleanliness is a priority, ensuring that every corner of the space is ready for your arrival. Nature's right at your doorstep! You'll find the stunning views of Zion National Park just 40 min away and so much more!

Renovated in 2024! we listened to the feedback and put in a kitchen! 4 burner stove, full size dishwasher, coffee maker and supplies for your basic cooking needs. This almost 1300 sq ft basement living area with two separate bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed both with amazing views. Perfect for family and groups of 10 or less. Sofa bed that is actually comfortable (or so we have been told) and extra air mattresses for large groups!
