Outdoors provides a comfortable outdoor setting and BBQ facilities where guest can showcase the cooking skills! Crisp linen and fluffy towels are also supplied. Built by Eco housing with a 10-star energy rating, The Deck has 100mm foam installation throughout the walls, floor, and roof keeping it beautifully cool in summer and cosy in the winter months. Cooling coastal breezes are captured due to its cleverly designed position on top of the hill, so year-round comfort is obtained without the need for air-conditioning.
