「新營小公館」鄰近中山路圓環、第一市場，從新營火車站步行約15分鐘可抵達。雖然身處在新營，但這間公寓的氛圍令人聯想到台北的老公寓，以及師大公館一帶的自由與藝文氣息，因此取名新營小公館。我們其中一人從事書店工作，一人為藝術史研究生，屋內沒有電視但有豐富的書藏與音樂，希望提供旅人一個獨特、安靜與放鬆的休憩空間。
※房東非常重視環境整潔，除日常清消外；在您入住前，會使用茶樹精油再次加強客房除塵，床包枕套皆經過高溫殺菌，讓您住得安心又愜意。
※接待過程將全程配戴口罩。房源備有足夠75%消毒酒精。
※房源內有兩隻貓咪：湯圓及小圓，對寵物過敏者請三思。貓奴請肆意吸貓(誤)尤其是湯圓，非常好客喔。
