We are a few miles from the famous Horsey seal colony (spectacular in winter with 100s of seals) & Norfolk Broads including Hickling Broad, a favourite for wildlife lovers. The studio has private entrance, en-suite bathroom, basic kitchenette and courtyard garden with outdoor cooking station and barbecue. It’s an extension of a family home but the private entrance means you can come and go as you please

This is a self contained annexe attached to our house. It is totally private, except we may need occasional access to the garden provided. Located in a beautiful village with good amenities, within easy walking distance to the broads and just 2 miles to the coast. Great Yarmouth and Norwich are both short drives away. No pets, sorry.
