We're lucky enough to have space to work and play in this beautiful place, and for our growing menagerie of hens, ducks, sheep and bees. The fells are on our doorstep with the lake a 5 minute drive down into the valley and Keswick and Penrith are both easily reached in quarter of an hour. Dockray is a 5 minute walk down the road and is home to The Royal hotel which serves great food all day.
