Welcome! Our home is very close to Cortez. We are a great place to prepare for/relax from a day of hiking, biking, or exploring the area. Mesa Verde entrance is 15 min. and desert/canyon hiking within 1 1/2 hrs. Enjoy our spacious deck, fire pit, patio with grill, great views, sunrises/sunsets, as well as a HEARTY CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST to start your day. My pet friendly home is at the edge of our small town, so it has a view of an open field and Mesa Verde. We are near restaurants and shopping, We have a secluded shady patio inside the fenced back yard. So as your host I now stay on the back of the property in a 5th wheel to expedite cleaning . I do not use the driveway and you will have complete privacy.
