Purpose-built house with three separate units . Each unit has an individual entrance from the shared foyer. Unit 1 has two king-single beds with a private shower/toilet. It also has an outdoor area. The kitchenette has tea making facilities, fridge freezer, and a microwave. We are under 10 minutes drive from Emu Park which has cafes, supermarket, pub and of course great beaches. There is a gym and swimming pool not far. Yeppoon is approx 25-30 minutes. Rockhampton approx 45 minutes drive.

Walk away your worries on a great long, flat beach. 10 km each way from the towns of Yeppoon and Emu Park. 7 min drive to Rosslyn Bay Marina for fresh seafood from the fisherman's Market or something to eat at the Waterline and Beaches Restaurants. Rosslyn Bay is also the gateway to the Keppel islands. SORRY NO PETS ALL DO NOT book the unit for other people (e.g. work colleagues)
