Comfortable room furnished for short or long stays. Free, safe, and plenty parking 24/7. Located by the medical district next to little Italy, lots of restaurants and stores. Pink line five blocks away. Willis tower, Fulton market, and Greek town are all less than 9 minutes away by car. UIC is a 4 min drive. Guests can use all the common areas and appliances of the house.

The room is private. But the apartment including bathroom is shared. Two rooms per unit. A maximum of four people will stay at the apartment. Two per room max. However, only two guests stay at each apartment 98% of the time. Everything is brand new and it’s cleaned constantly. Our house rules include that guests maintain the premises clean and noise level low after 10pm so everybody can have a pleasant stay. For your comfort we offer complementary use of hair drier, iron, ironing board, basic cooking and eating utensils, Netflix, books to read on premises. Etc. Feel free to use all the apartment and building common areas. A garage parking spot could be rented to longer stay guests upon request and depending availability at the moment.

Our little farm in the city is located two blocks from the Chicago border with Oak Park; also two blocks from the Green Line, with access to downtown Chicago in 30 minutes. We currently have 5 international students also living with us, who are in the country to learn English, and look forward to practicing their emerging language skills with our other guests. We have one dog and three cats inside our house, and 5 adult goats and a growing number of baby goats. We welcome guest animals.
