Aria is one of 5 rooms in our house called Col di Fiori. The house can easily accommodate up to 11 people. Col di Fiori is located in the calm countryside right between Assisi, Perugia and Gubbio, with many hiking and biking possibilities close by as well as a gorgeous view over the surrounding landscape of the Tiber valley. The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. There is a barbecue in the garden. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
