We provide customized rock climbing trips in Joshua Tree National Park from first time beginners to experienced climbers. Our guides will meet at Quail Springs Picnic Area BACK parking lot (by the BATHROOMS) in Joshua Tree National Park and outfit you with a harness, helmet and rock climbing shoes. You will also be provided you an overview of the trip then select a climbing location best suited to match your experience and ability. Once we are all done with that, we will stay at Quail Springs Picnic Area or caravan deeper into the Park. When we get to the climbing site, we will teach you how to belay a climber and manage the climbing rope. You will also learn safety checks and verbal commands used in rock climbing. Kayaking the lake at dusk is always a magical experience. Imagine yourself gliding across the clear waters of Lake Tahoe as they change from emerald-blue to pink and purple. As you look up into the sky, you will see the sun slowly sinking behind the majestic peaks of Lake Tahoe’s West Shore. This is one unforgettable experience you will not want to miss. Tour start-times vary as the days get shorter. We aim to launch this tour 2 hours before sunset. Please Note: In order for the tour to go ahead, we require at least two participants. OUR GOAL IS FOR YOU TO HAVE AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE SURFING - whether its your first time or you're trying to advance your skills. We'll get suited up in the wetsuits I provide, grab the surfboards (we offer boards in a variety of sizes to fit your needs) and head down to the sand. For the first 20-30 minutes we’ll be training on the beach, then it’s 60-80 minutes with an instructor in the ocean. The remaining time is yours to practice your skills and have fun in the water. PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTORS: The classes are taught by myself or one of our great instructors. We usually have the 2nd instructor helping in the water when the group exceeds 6-7 people. Your safety is our main priority! All of our lead instructors are ISA (International Surfing Association), CPR & First Aid certified, we obtain Water Safety Specialists certificates (surfing instructor safety training) and I also completed 2 Level surf instructors program with ISA. PHOTOS: One of the instructors will try to take complimentary GoPro photos of you in and out of the water in the last 10-15 minutes of the experience. Prior to boarding, pose like a seasoned pro for a photo shoot with the airplane. Once you’re on board, the pilot will give you an overview of the instruments and controls. After getting clearance from the tower, you’ll taxi to the runway for takeoff. Once at cruising altitude, you’ll learn basic flying skills in the training area over the Simi Valley. Then, grab hold of the controls and feel free to move about the skies, exploring LA by air. Finally, in preparation for landing, you’ll come back down to earth at Van Nuys Airport. Other things to note IMPORTANT : This experience is currently only offered as a private experience. We will begin at the red barn where you will learn about this 12 acre sanctuary and the stories behind the 100+ rescue farm animals living on it. From there we will explore three different pastures that include horses, goats, sheep, pigs, chickens, ducks, dogs, cats and a goose. Safety first: We will go over rules of engagement and safely learn to co-exist with these fuzzy pollinators by respectfully entering their hive in order to observe the inner workings of the colony. We will move slowly and do a brief breathing exercise to quiet our minds. You’ll learn about their life cycle, different roles in the hive, their fascinating social structure and ways of communicating through dance, sound and pheromones. They’ll wait for us to open their gate, and then these loving animals will show us the way. We’ll follow the herd at an easy pace into desert washes and onto boulders, where we’ll find beautiful spots to sit and chat—or simply gaze into the silence of the landscape, the gaping sky, and the goats enjoying themselves. We’ll hike about three miles and return with the goats after the sunset. Here you will have the opportunity to meet, greet, interact with and communicate with our specially trained llama friends. This Experience is about llamas for wellness and educational proposes. We do believe in llamas as healers and messengers of Mother Nature (Pachamama). We want you to experience their medicine and help us on their training too. Safety is always top priority for guests and the llamas, so our program will be different on a winter day after a rainy week than it will be on a hot August afternoon. We will put you into situations where you will be able to understand who these llamas are, personally discovering the different personalities that make up our herd. I'll handle the takeoff and landing, and you'll get to enjoy the amazing experience of soaring in a hang glider on a 15- to 45-minute flight. During this 90 minute personal pottery lesson, I will teach you the basics of wheel throwing. I will first start with a short 5-7 minute demo on the wheel, giving a narrated, step by step process of throwing. After that, the rest of the hour is yours to throw! If you decided to bring a friend you will be throwing right along side each other. You will be given 2-3 one pound balls of clay to throw and attempt to make any vessel of your choice. Throughout the hour I will be your guide, helping you along the way. The goal is for you to learn, have fun, create and have something that lasts a lifetime. At the end of the lesson you will pick which of the two pieces you want fired. Any additional pieces are $5 each to cover the cost of time, supplies and shipping. We are happy to introduce you to the 60-minute Glow Boat Experience on pedal boats! A romantic night date idea in San Diego Bay! The boat illuminates 360 degrees inside and outside, and it is a lot of fun riding it after dark. To complete your experience, a Bluetooth speaker will make your boat rock'n'roll. High Horse Malibu offers private and semi-private (up to four riders) horseback rides in one of the most secluded and scenic areas in Malibu! Our trails traverse rolling hills, wooded canyons, and striking rock formations, with sweeping ocean vistas around every corner! A one of a kind experience you won't forget. Right after you book you'll receive an email from us collecting some basic info (physical stats, riding experience, etc.) so that we have the perfect horses tacked and ready when you arrive. Upon arrival you'll be introduced to your guide and acquainted with your horse. We start every ride off with a ten to fifteen minute riding lesson to get you comfortable and confidant. When everyone feels good - we hit the trail! There are plenty of opportunities to take photos and enjoy the beautiful scenery along the ride. Our goal is for everyone who rides with us to leave with an appreciation for horses and a love of riding! Things to note: If you plan to take an Uber or other ride share service - please make arrangements for pick up prior to being dropped off. It is difficult (sometimes impossible) to get cell service at the ranch depending on your provider. The rider weight limit is 200lbs. Exceptions made for riders over 6ft tall. You must be at least 8 years old to ride.

Monterey Bay is the most productive and diverse ecosystem in California! Our giant kelp forests are home to a stunning variety of life forms such as sea lions, harbor seals, otters, sea stars, crabs, anemones, jellyfish, and more! This part of the Pacific is my favorite place in the entire world and I'm so excited to share it with you. We'll start the experience trying on all the equipment (thick wetsuit, boots, gloves, hood, mask). After this I'll give a tutorial on how to snorkel like and pro and we'll head out to the beach. Once in the water you'll be guided through beautiful kelp forests in search of as many fascinating species as possible. I guarantee you'll see something you've never seen before! Considerations: The ocean can be intimidating, especially for first timers, but I'm here to make you feel safe and comfortable in this new environment. Swimming skills are not required and with my close guidance you’ll be snorkeling with ease in no time. It's my goal to make the underwater world accessible to everyone. This is a great family bonding experience and I highly encourage kids (10 years and older) to join! *Ocean conditions are subject to change and difficult to predict.
