The common spaces will be shared with Omi and her partner, the 2 full time occupants. I recommend renting a car: * 3 min drive to Grace Bay * 5 min drive to Long Bay. * 5 min to restaurants/ bars. * Unrestricted access to the shared kitchen & living area. Wonderful option to economically enjoy luxurious Providenciales while keeping many home comforts.

The Unit is located directly in front of the pool. The view is overlooking the beautiful gracebay beach. The property is beautiful with 24 hour security. One word to describe it is breathtaking million dollar view. Rooms are comfortable and clean ideal for couples or business partners and a Sofabed for extra persons The neighborhood is nice and quiet with lots of restaurants in walking distance. The beach and a casino is also very close by
