Cette expérience unique d'assemblage de votre propre cuvée de Bordeaux débutera par la dégustation de 3 vins typiques de la rive gauche, de la rive droite et des Graves, ces vins qui font la notoriété du vignoble Bordelais. Lors de la première partie de cette expérience nous vous ferons découvrir de manière ludique les grandes caractéristiques du vignoble Bordelais, et cela à travers l’oeil et l’expertise des deux frères caviste qui vous accompagnerons tout au long de cette expérience. Puis, dans la seconde partie de cette activité nous vous invitons à réveiller le Winemaker qui est en vous. Vous allez ainsi réaliser votre propre cuvée, votre propre assemblage! A travers cette expérience découvrez les cépages emblématiques de Bordeaux et l'art de l'assemblage de notre belle région viticole. Nous serons la pour vous conseiller et vous accompagner à chaque étape de votre création afin que vous repartiez des souvenirs plein la tête et avec votre Nectar de Bordeaux en bouteille, bouchée et étiquetée par vos soins.

We walked every single street of center Bordeaux with our local guides to offer you a fine selection of what we do best in this beautiful region of south west. Local specialities of course but not only ! Sexy platter of charcuterie and cheese, best cannelés in town and we had to try them all to make a choice (our job is so hard haha), fresh oyster, our best burger, amazing foccacia and some sweet surprises too ! Gourmet street food is life. Lors de cette dégustation vous pourrez également déguster notre sélection de charcuterie et fromages arrivant tout droit de notre beau pays basque. L’histoire des vins de Bordeaux et l’art de là dégustations n’aurons plus de secret pour vous.

L'excursion à vélo que je vous propose est unique et s’adapte à vos envies et vos besoins, que vous soyez en famille ou en amoureux, entre amis ou entre collègues. Ce circuit à vélo d'environ 12 km s’adresse à tous les curieux, petits et grands, locaux ou touristes, qui désirent partager un moment privilégié, de manière sûre et respectueuse de l’environnement. Suivez - moi à travers un voyage dans le temps, entre Histoire classique et moderne ! Vous y découvrirez les secrets des monuments anciens comme les dernières œuvres de street-art disséminées dans la ville, sans oublier les meilleures adresses gastronomiques et le plus beau coin de verdure où venir se prélasser. "Lors de cette visite, je vous emmènerai explorer les plus beaux monuments et quartiers historiques de Bordeaux, tels que Saint Seurin, le Triangle d'Or, Saint André, Saint Paul, Saint Michel, le Hangar Darwin, les Quais de Bordeaux, les Chartrons, et plus encore. This outing is for adventurous food lovers who seek a morning of fun, exploration, and tasting the unknown. Enjoy a personalized shopping trip through Bordeaux's oldest covered market , buy fresh local food you have perhaps never tasted, seen, nor dared to try. Did you ever wonder what those popular sea snails taste like or savour runny, yummy, raw-milk cheese.? Now this is possible. We'll bring our purchases back to a cozy home-like setting for a casual picnic-style lunch. Mustard, butter and other accompaniments will be provided as well as a glass of wine. Please bring a market bag and some cash for your food purchases. We can buy a tram ticket together if you don't have one. Expect to spend around 15 euros per person for your goodies.

Go off to explore the lovely medieval village of Saint-Emilion, listed as World Heritage Site by Unesco, and visit two wineries (a top winery classified Grand Cru Classé and a family-run estate Grand Cru) during a 5 hours guided tour with me, a fun & knowledgeable local guide speaking English. Your tour includes 2 wineries visit (introduction about the history of the estate and technical informations about how to make the wine), 5 wines tasting minimum in total and a French aperitif (cheese, cured meat & bread at the 1° or 2nd winery). I will drive through the vineyard of Saint-Emilion in my van and we will visit together the famous medieval village dating from the Middle Age. The wine tours are in English & French. I offer 2 wines tours : 1 during the morning (8.30am-1.15pm) and 1 during the afternoon (1.30pm-6.30pm) - The morning we will be back in Bordeaux at 1.30pm - The afternoon we will be back in Bordeaux at 6.30 pm (depending on traffic jam, we may arrive 15 minutes late at the meeting point). The meeting point is at : 1 place de stalingrad, in front of LCL Bank (with a beautiful view of the bridge :)) Make sure to have breakfast or lunch before ! (only small portions of cheese, cured meat, chocolate & crackers will be served at the first or second winery).

You’ll visit 2 different Chateaux (wineries) and explore the enchanting village of St Emilion, a UNESCO World Heritage Site Your guide will meet you in front of the Bordeaux Office du Tourisme at 1 :50pm, just look for the sign 'Bordeaux Wine Trails'. We will then drive you towards Pomerol / St Emilion vineyard and will share with you informations about Bordeaux’s vineyards and test your wine knowledge. You’ll see some of the region’s fabulous scenery. Enjoy a guided walking tour of the medieval village of Saint-Emilion to explore its thousand-year-old history and visit 2 local wineries with tasting included. We’ll finish the afternoon on a tasty note with a french aperitif shared with a glass of Bordeaux! (2 winery fees included in the price) Other things to note Make sure to have lunch before! (only small portions of local delicacies will be served at the last tasting) Wear comfortable shoes (cobblestones in Saint-Emilion) Not suitable for children under 12 yo Unfortunately Saint Emilion village is not wheelchair accessible. Go off to explore the mythical « Route des Châteaux » and come to visit two Châteaux (a Grand Cru Classé and a family-run estate classified cru bourgeois) during a 4 hours guided tour with me, a fun & knowledgeable local guide speaking English. Your tour includes 5 wines tasting and coffee break (1 croissant, 1 chocolate madeleine, coffee or tea and orange juice). The tour starts at 9am. The meeting point is situated in « Place Stalingrad » between "LCL Bank" and "Wasabi Café". Please be here 10 minutes in advance. At each winery, you will have an introduction about the history of the estate, then you will visit the technical installations, ending with an explanation about the oak barrels and the aging process. The tour will end with a commented tasting of the Château wines. Breakfast is taken at the first winery just before the start of the visit. The two wineries visited are situated in the prestigious of Margaux. At the first winery, the wine tasting is accompanied by chocolates. Back in Bordeaux at 12.45 p.m (+/- 15 mins). A potential refund, outside the cancellation policy, will be granted, only if the traveler inform me about it in a reasonable timeframe.
