Built in 1901, the Old Schoolhouse is a substantial federation building sited on a ridge overlooking the village of Binalong in the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales, Australia. Set in an acre of grounds, the Old Schoolhouse has expansive rural views to the north-west from the veranda and nestles between a convent (a home nowadays) and the still consecrated blue-stone St Patrick’s Catholic Church. An ideal weekend escape for couples to relax, unwind and breathe the country air.
Glenview Alpaca Farm is a 25 acre working property located in Bango, NSW approximately 10 Kms from Yass in the Southern Tablelands. The Property has the permanent Derringullen Creek as a boundry, we are surrounded by green rolling hills and adjoining sheep farms. We currently have 25 Alpacas, Dorper Sheep, Mini Goats, Bee Hives using the Flow Hive Method, Free Range Hens and Ducks. Guests will be welcome to help with feeding the animals, note there is currently birds nesting near the Cottage.
