At the base of two massive cedar trees, enjoy a relaxing soak in the bubbling cedar hot tub that overlooks the bay and its abundant marine life. Seals have been spotted swimming in the waters below. Spend a relaxing visit listening to the waves lap on the beach while sitting on the deck taking in the mountains and wildlife. Home is on a large, wooded parcel with 200' of private beach. He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. Explore the unbelievable beauty of the Olympic National Park just a few miles away featuring hiking to rainforests, glaciers, and mountain lakes.

Westside Cabin

Our place is just a few miles from the Fauntleroy/Vashon ferry terminal, and minutes from the town of Vashon. Tucked snuggly on the West side of the island, the cabin looks west over Colvos Passage. The cabin itself is essentially a spacious studio-- one large room with a loft, a small kitchen, and bathroom. A queen size bed is in the loft, and the couch comfortably sleeps one person. The bathroom has a large clawfoot soaking tub, and there is an outdoor shower. It is extremely cozy!

Ghost Salmon Cabin in a Cedar Tree Grove

Ghost Salmon Cabin is a custom built studio cabin. It is a unique design, with wood floors, a vaulted wood ceiling and a large wrap around deck. The location is in the Sandy Hook neighborhood. It is not in any town but near several. Kiana Lodge is a 3 minute walk from the cabin. Two ferry terminals (Kingston/Edmonds and Bainbridge/Seattle routes) are 20 minutes away. It is centrally located near Poulsbo, Suquamish, Kingston and Bainbridge Island.
