Located in the popular Perthshire town of Auchterarder, which is sought after for it's shops, cafe's, restaurants and golf courses! Auchterarder is also home to the world famous Gleneagles hotel and resort.

The studio is a self contained apartment with stunning views to the hills in a quiet countyside setting, there is a parking space at the bottom of the studio stairs for the studio guests to use. Ideal area for walking, cycling, golf and visiting local attractions or just to chill out and enjoy the views from the studio window with a good book to read, information is available on restaurants, local walks and cycle routes. Sorry but we do not allow pets in the studio. Not suitable for toddlers.

The Bothy is a cosy and compact stone built cottage. It is located up a pedestrian lane off the main street; very secluded. Built as a stable in 1850, converted into a dwelling in 1925. Completely renovated. Auchterarder is centrally situated between the historic cities of Perth and Stirling. Only 5km from the famous Gleneagles hotel and golf course. An ideal base for touring Highland Perthshire and beyond. Local shops, pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance.
