The Ark Encounter, Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland, and several distilleries are all within an hour of the cabin. This is a great place to relax between visits to these attractions.

Located about 20 minutes from the Ark Encounter, our Gopher Wood Getaway cabin offers a rustic and picturesque place for families to stay near the Ark. Our cabin has heating, AC and electric over looking 84 acres of Kentucky Bluegrass. NOTE: Our cabins are truly a GETAWAY as we do NOT have any wi-fi or TV in them. My husband and I just recently finished remodeling this house. As soon as you walk in the door you will fall in love with the decor and get that homey feeling. Check out our other rental Williamstown's Toll House and read our amazing reviews! The house is located in Downtown Williamstown and less then 1.7 miles to the Ark Encounter. During the winter when the leafs are off the trees as with most Airbnb's In Williamstown if the wind blows a certain way you will hear a train.

Come visit the beautiful countryside and stay in this adorable cabin right outside the city limits of Cynthiana, KY! Located on over 90 acres, this place has a million dollar view of a large pond and huge pasture fields. It's only a short 5 mile drive into town where there is an abundance of local restaurants and small downtown shops. Enjoy a campfire with the on-site fire pit or go for walk and do some exploring.
