Bussells Bushland Cottages - Couples/Small Family

Bussells Bushland Cottages is a 20 hectare "Land for Wildlife" property. Our 8 rammed-earth cottages are set apart in order to preserve privacy. Walk trails criss-cross the bush block which has wonderful stands of old-growth trees, as well as being home to a wide variety of bird life and mobs of kangaroos. The quoted room rate for 1 or 2 persons is based on the use of 1 bedroom. If, for any reason, guests require to use the 2nd bedroom, an extra bed charge will be levied payable before arrival.

Studio Metta - Cowaramup

Studio Metta ( Shire approval P220383) is a new cosy, light and bright self contained studio. There is one large bedroom with a queen bed, a great bathroom with high ceilings and a generously sized living area which incorporates a kitchenette and fridge, a sofa, an occasional chair and a small table for dining. Total floor area is 50m2. The outlook from the living area and the private outdoor deck is onto Parkwater forest, where you can hear birdsong and feel the nature right on your doorstep.

Riverbend Forrest Retreat

The cottage is open style living opening on to a decking with bi fold servery windows from the kitchen.Decking with outdoor seating ,umbrella and barbecue overlooks a large grassed area surrounded by natural bush.The living area has double opening doors leading to the decking .Living area has a comfy couch ,Smart T.V , R/C aircon and a wood burning fire.The large bedroom has a king sized bed with ensuite .There is a travel cot suitable for a baby.Well supervised dogs are welcome. This place is pretty special! A lovingly restored school bus now spends its time nestled amongst gum trees. You'll soak up the warmth of the morning sun, whilst listening to the bird life, and watching sheep, cows and kangaroos in neighbouring paddocks. The privacy and tranquility will allow you make yourselves at home. Only a 5-minute walk to Cowaramup main street for food, coffee and drinks. *NB, Additional charge of $40/night for 5th guest (fold-away bed and linen to suit a child) *NB, We live in an adjoining property with a young child and dog. You may hear us from time to time. We do our best to minimise our noise.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

A home among the gum trees Enjoy this peaceful stay with cozy wood fire for winter and generous deck for summer. This 2 bedroom home is set on 100 acres of eucalyptus plantation and surrounded by nearby native bush. The house is only a short drive down a quiet gravel road, 10 minutes out of Cowaramup and 15 minutes out of Margaret River, with a number of amazing wineries and breweries nearby. The nearest beach is at Gracetown bay just a 15 minute drive from the property.
