The phone reception works towards the front of the building. Relax in a completely renovated building that dates back to the early 1900's. The building has the original hardwood floors, a hand-built brick fireplace, and a wood bar that is made from old farm houses in the area. All for you to enjoy for your secluded, rustic getaway!

Welcome to "A Peace of Country". This is a quiet stay in an acreage setting nestled in the cropland of NW Iowa. You have access to the entire lower level of our home, with an egress window for safety. Everything you need to enjoy your stay including 3 beds, kitchenette w/sink, fridge, microwave, compact oven, toaster. Game area including games, ping pong, foosball, & darts. Full bath in the basement with tub/shower. If needed, access to our laundry on the main level for a fee.

A simple home away from home for anyone visiting NW IA. We welcome you to enjoy our accessable first floor layout- no steps getting in & a big bathroom to move around in. Both bedrooms are right next to the bath. We have a little front porch perfect for morning reading in the shade. Our backyard is flanked with trees for privacy and has fun, kid-friendly options as well as a picnic table and fire pit. The custom-made dining table comes with 6 benches and is more than 9' long!
