During the summer guests enjoy taking walking to the beach and taking a hike (hiking trails are opposite the beach). Feel free to take our canoe to the lake. We also supply beach towels.

It is an almost 360 degree view. Easy 1/2 climb. good for little children as well. Make sure not to look back until you reach the summit (it will be an amazing surprise when you turn around to see the view). Bartholomew's also offer canoe trips.

Built in 1739 and later transformed by Sir Henry Hudson Kitson, an English sculptor during the last 25 years of his life. This project consumed the remains of his earnings and he died a penniless man in 1947.
Nowadays this house is used for weddings and upscale vacation rental. Nonetheless, it is worthwhile the drive to see it from the roadside.
