Known for its height at 2,000 feet above sea level, Tops Lookout is a place for relaxation and peace. Because it is located in the mountains of Busay, it sure offers a cold temperature. Upon reaching the top, a mesmerizing view of the whole island can be seen. It is a perfect place to watch the sunrise or the the sunset. At night, the place turns into a magical scene with the city lights as the background. The islands of Mactan, Camotes, Olango, and Bohol are also visible during daytime.
There is an entrance fee of Php 100.00 per person and that entitles the visitor to unlimited stay at the area. Facilities like the cottages, benches, and comfort rooms are also included in the entrance fee.
