The sandwiches are to-die for. I get the commuter sandwich and fries most days. My boyfriend is a big fan of the veggie sandwich. A great stop for any fast grocery shopping, too! Highly recommend Quickie Pickie.

If you’re in the mood for interesting food that tastes really, really good? Canje. Caribbean dishes - a great atmosphere inside - and interesting design. One thing to know is that it does get really loud here when it’s busy so just keep that in mind!

This is a really cute vibey restaurant/bar in the area. I’d say it’s very unique to Austin and worth a visit! Great for a nice dinner, or for a trip to the bar. Get a reservation as early as possible!

UT’s campus is gorgeous. I highly recommend taking a slow stroll throughout the campus just for the fun of it. You can also get access to the UT pool and gym for $35/mo. Great deal. Unique restaurants and shops all around the campus, too!
