An Overview of the Wonderful Complex
An Iconic Complex of 3 Private Villas with Pool, BBQ & Captivating Natural Surroundings. Warm welcome to Christina Villas. Located in the picturesque village of Sfakaki, a beautiful seaside resort, just 600 meters from the wonderful, long, sandy beach, lies a sensory villa complex, consisted of three independent villas, each with its own private grounds & with no shared areas. In Villas Christina guests can enjoy a peaceful holiday, relax and enjoy the well known greek sun and sea all day long! The wonderful, long, sandy beach and a variety of shops are within hand’s reach, just 300 to 600 meters away! In the village guests can find a mini market, a few restaurants and tavernas and a pizzeria! Furthermore, in a 5 minute drive you can find many beach bars, seaside cafes and restaurants as well as a few night clubs and bars. Sfakaki is ideally located, just 10 minutes away from Rethymno town and it’s a great base if you want to explore the nearby beaches or go sightseeing!

Each lovely Villa has its own private pool and garden, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 persons. All villas send out a sense of luxury, which is perceived by the carefully selected, modern and comfortable furniture, the simple and discreet decoration, the meticulous selection of materials (marble floors and wooden furniture) and the nice open plan design.

External Living
Villas Christina feature a great private swimming pool of 32m2 and 1.7 meters deep, a wonderful sunbathing terrace equipped with sun beds and umbrellas and a lovely lawn covered terrace with trees and flowers, as well as barbecue facilities! Above the pool area there is a large veranda with a view to the pool that has a shaded dining area where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or lunch, while watching your children playing in the lawn area right underneath!

Internal Living
The Villas can accommodate up to 7 people to its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The villas send out a sense of luxury, which is perceived by the carefully selected, modern and comfortable furniture, the simple and discreet decoration, the meticulous selection of materials (marble floors and wooden furniture) and the nice open plan design.

Ground Level : On the ground floor guests can find a spacious living room with a flat TV and an open fireplace, creating a homely atmosphere and making it the perfect place for you and your family to enjoy some moments of relaxation. Right next to the living room you can find a nice dining area where you can sit and have your homemade cooked meal with your loved ones. There is also a fully equipped and modern eat-in kitchen with a dining table for four. Finally on this level a lovely and spacious twin bedroom and a beautifully designed bathroom with a bathtub where you can have a nice and long bath after a long day, are also available.

First Floor : Climbing a few stairs and reaching the upper floor, you will meet the remaining two bedrooms, one of which boasts a comfortable double bed, while the other one offers astro single beds. All bedrooms are very airy and bright and have doors leading to private balconies with patio furniture. You can sit there and enjoy the surrounding view as well as the countryside during the day or relax and gaze at the nicely designed and lighted gardens during the night and the clear sky full of stars! Last but not least, one more family bathroom can be found on the first floor.

*The third villa has a similar layout, apart from the fact that all three bedrooms are on the first floor and that one of the twin bedrooms has a bunk bed. The Villa allocation will be done based on availability.

Inside the complex, there is also a fourth villa, which hasn't got a pool and can accommodate up to six more persons! This particular villa can be additionally booked with one of the other three villas, in order to accommodate larger guest groups. If you would like to make a reservation for a big group, please contact us, so as to make the necessary arrangements.

All in-house electronics are available, including a washing machine, dishwasher, a flat-screen TV with satellite reception, CD and DVD players, Stereo, large fridge with freezer, electric kitchen, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, juice maker, vacuum cleaner, iron and iron board and food processor.

Villas Christina are located in the picturesque village of Sfakaki which in recent years has evolved into a very popular seaside resort, as it combines all the features for both vacations and permanent accommodation.

The village has a wonderful, long, sandy beach, just 5 minutes walking from the villa, which is famous for the fact it is chosen by Caretta Caretta Sea turtle, which is an endangered species, for its reproduction. The beach is also ideal for sunbathing, swimming and water sports! Enjoy the well known greek sun and sea all day long!

Sfakaki is special specifically for another reason too: its has a variety of shops such as a super market, a bakery and a pharmacy, that are within hand’s reach, making ideal for a car free holiday! You can taste the well known traditional Cretan and Mediterranean cuisine in the local tavernas and restaurants, have your coffee in one of the many beach bars on the coast or go for a drink in one of the small bars.

Also in Stavromenos and Skaleta just 5 minutes away by car, guests will find a butcher shop, an ATM machine and a petrol station.

Additionally, its proximity to the highway, makes it easy to move around and travel almost anywhere in Crete and explore the amazing landscape and beautiful rustic villages! It is only 15 minutes’ drive away from the city of Rethymno and 1 hour (70 Kms) from the International Airport of Heraklion.
